Next report is about my german bridgelayers
and light support-vehicles (softskin).
All models are 3d-printed in resin and ordered
from ADM /Mad about 3d. Very good service
and the result is excellent!
As a former member of the swedish royal
engineers I couldn´t resist these 4 heavy trucks.
All trucks are Mercedes-Benz L 4500.
The ligh support vehicles are both Kubelwagen
and Kettenkrad and with personel.
The support-vehicles have a lot of character and
could be used for close support and also reconnaissance.
Very nice finds and all in the 15mm-scale (1/100).
I will primarily use these models to the WW2-game
Flames of war.
The engneeering trucks are not something you see often (if at all) on a table.
SvaraRaderaTHe kettencrads and the other personel vehichles look reallygood with their crews in place.
I agree that these vehicles are very rare but nevertheless I will use them alot.One interessting gaming-scenario is "river-crossing" and eventhough they are softskin they need to be placed in the center of the action and to shelter these is a must that open up for several tactical decisions. Personel gives the models a lot of character indeed. Thankyou very much joe.
