Trenches and scenery 15mm

New within carpentry and interior design and top of

this all to do with the family and everyday life has limited

my hobby-time a great deal, nevertheless in my mind I am

always thinking creative. :)

Last week my friend Patrick sent me a package with soft

models made to resemble trenches in the 15mm-scale.

They look very nice but I will need a lot of them in my

future scenarios. To make more I will probably make some

additional strongholds and when finished I will buy some

rubber to make moulds of my own.Making own moulds has

been a goal for a long time and now I got the final push.

I already have some rubber in a package that I bought 2012

but I am not sure if this still can be used!?

I also got a very nice barn that is a gift from my friend.

Patrick only use models and figures in the 20mm-scale and

then the barn will not fit but for me it is happy days.

Nice details and also a good paintjob. Thankyou very much

Patrick. :)

Game-markers

When playing table-top-games I have found out that
gamemarkers really enhance the game and also keep
track on things. When I started in 2012 I made some
simple markers and during the game of play I have
updated these and finally I now have printed and
laminated in my opinion my complete set of these.
I publish these to give inspiration have to make these
for personal use.
The markers are primarily to be used for the games:
Flames of war, WH40000, Secrets of the third reich,
FoW cold war 1986.

Servitor-arm-conversions

When playing Warhammer 40 000 I have planned
to upgrade my machinery-support and to be able to
keep the wheels running during table-top-battles I
need engineer-service close at hand.
In my collection I now have 3 Leman Russ(main-battle-
tanks), 2 Chimeras (APC), 2 Hellhounds(light support-
tanks) and finally 1 Basilisk(tracked artillery).
The 3 Leman Russ-tanks are currently all in renovation-
process and will be fitted with magnets to be able to switch
armoury.
Back to the engineer-service I have converted 6 figures to
be a complete Engiseer/tech-priest-squad.
The squad is now containing two Engiseers/techpriests
(read clothing), and two engineer-servitors(drones) to assist
in construction or maintenance.
Two battle/gun-servitors to protect the rest of the squad when
working on the battle-field. These two "protector" are cyborgs
that have donated limbs to be able to be fitted with advanced
weapon-systems. I have equiped these two chaps with
heavy bolters. :)
The engiseers and the engineer-servitors are equiped with a
whole arsenal of tools and machinery and the servitor-arms
are scratch-built from blisters, plastic tooth-pics and crosses
used for distance when building kitchen/lavatory-tiles.
I like the look of these figures and they will be very useful on
the gaming-table.Next up is to paint these in IG-colours.

NATO reinforcements

Only sad news about the spreading of the epidemic
but I managed to buy and get my nice package of
6mm-miniatures from the United kingdom before the
closing of the borders.
My last buy was a LOT of miniatures in the scale of
1/285 but I was missing air-support for my Nato-force
and was delighted when my friend Michael offered to
sell me some 6mm-miniatures on second hand.
I will make the tracked vehicles that is missing to the
MLRS in CAD and print them in 3D in the future.
The setting of my 6mm-cold war-game will either be in
the archipelago of Stockholm, the city-center of my home-
town Malmoe, the countryside in the county of smaland or
central Europe. I will make a full report of these scenery-
builds later on. I also must apologize that I haven´t been so
active on my blog but I have a lot on my mind with my
family, work, the virus.
Thankyou all for your support!

6mm-Soviets and swedes - Cold war

Last friday a very nice package arrived to my home.
I bought some
6mm models and figures to play cold war-
games between soviets
and swedes. Very nice models indeed.
I decided to start playing games in this scale very long ago but
it was until now I made the final step. One of the reasons
for this final push is that I have limited space at home and 6mm
are very handy and you can build a lot and able to store it.
My dream is to build a urban scenery with lots of details.
I will probably build a city-table with modular slots to place buildings.
The buildings will be in two different versions: whole and ruined.
First I will build a table with woodlands, small traditional swedish-
red houses that are very common on the countryside.
The first table will also be fitted with rivers, lakes and roads.
In the future I will also plan to buy some more to complete my collection
especially more troops and transport.
The game-system for this will be Cold war-FoW or a Fistful of Tows.
