Heavy-Maxim painted

Today I finished painting my last project: Heavy-Maxim. I am quite pleased with the result of making something out of nothing. I used some 40k-bits and a pair of wheels and the rest is left overs from other things. The figures: one german soldier from wargames factory modified to look more russian and the loader is a bolt action figure. This will be a nice addition next time I will play SoTR.

  1. It's painted up rather well, love the gunner and mate - it still looks frightingly fiercesome

    1. Thankyou very much. I wanted to make the gun heavy and fearsome and also a part of a strongpoint. I think my plan have succeded. :)

  5. Neat. Looks even more brutal with paint on it.

If I may add a little tip, a small wash should lift the miniatures even further.
I recommend that you paint all the fold and cracks with Armypainter soft or soft tone ink.
