In an earlier report I wrote about a nice gift from
Speira miniatures this summer. In the first report
I wrote about how to handle resin-models and models
delivered in bulk (still mounted on the blisters).
In this report I will write about the very figures and
the scale. The figures delivered from Christian are
very nice in detail and for me it was hard to choose
these because Speira miniatures have a big and nice range
of figures. To name some categories : American civil
war, World war 2, Fantasy, Medieval, Napoleonic,
French revolution, Texas revolution, Roaring twenties
and Victorian etc. Very nice models indeed and one
thing that strikes me is that Speira miniatures also
offer all their figures in different scales (you choose).
The company make their figures using the "true scale"
and this is a good thing but if you want the models to
compatible any other figures from fx. Games workshop
or Black tree design just contact Speira and they will
provide service to get the scale right.
Figures from Wargames factory are very compatible
and fits lake hand in glove without any actions.
I choose the monks to play both fantasy, medival and
pirates. Next on the pictures are civilians that will be
primarily used for pulp-games. Finally but not least are
the evil "Jerrys" that will be used as special characters to
my Wargames factory WW2-germans primarily in the
Secrets of the third Reich (a nice and bloody game in the
WW2-era with occult and mechas).

TThe detail and proportions on these figures are wonderful; I've looked at the site too and was very surprised by the scope of the ranges present.
